Q. Do you work holidays? A. Our work schedule each yard varies per holiday depending on our staff and the day of the holiday. We do not work New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmans Day.  A reminder email will be sent out the week before to notify you of any changes.a
Q. Do you work on rain days? A. Yes.  We work rain or shine.
Q. Should I unlock my gate? A. Yes. Since employees are not allowed to jump or climb fences, your gate must remain unlocked on your scheduled date of service and we will gladly lock up your gate upon our departure.   We'd also be happy to hold a key on file for you.  HOWEVER, IF THE GATE IS LOCKED ON YOUR SCHEDULED DATE, IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO CHARGE YOU FOR THE SERIVCE CALL THAT WAS NOT ABLE TO BE COMPLETED.
Q. Can you work with the dog in the yard? A. In most cases, yes. However, if your pet is aggressive, territorial, and/or temperamental, it must be out of the area to be serviced. ALSO, IF YOUR PET WILL NOT ALLOW US TO CLEAN THE YARD ON YOUR SCHEDULED DATE, IT WILL BE NECESSARY TO CHARGE YOU FOR THE SERIVCE CALL THAT WAS NOT ABLE TO BE COMPLETED.
Q. Can I hold or skip a visit? A. Yes. You will not be charged as long as you notify us by either e-mail or phone a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled date of service.
Q. How are scheduled days determined? A: Our routes are based on the zip code you live in. By keeping our routes sorted we can keep our cost & pricing down.
Q. How often does your company come out?

A. We offer once a week, twice a week, three times a week, every other week, and one time cleanings. 

(Not all service availble in all areas)

Q. When is payment due? A. Payment is due on the 1st of the month for that months services.
Q. Do I have to sign any contracts? A. No. We can start and stop your service over the phone or via e-mail. We do not require any contracts. There is no minimum service period required. We require 7 days notice to stop service.  This applies to our individual residential cliental only. Commercial / Corporate / Multi-Housing / HOA / Government Property Differs.
Q. How do you avoid transfering diseases from yard to yard? A. We disinfect all tools before and after each client visit.
Q:  Can I tip my scooper? A. Absolutely! Gratuity is not required but is greatly appreciated.  You may give gratuities directly to your scooper, or if you prefer, you may pay it through the company. 100% of gratuities go directly to the designated scooper.
Q. What does 100% Satisfaction Guarantee mean? A. We know that our success depends on your happiness and word of mouth. That’s why we promise to provide quality service you can count on. But if there is a time that our service is not to your satisfaction, we will make it right by coming out to re-clean your yard.
